Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel

Very well , The down side is that the Room needs a little renovation - walls are starting to peel off, door handle in the bathroom kept comming out.

Lovely charming hotel in the centre of Naples. Close to all the attractions but a haven away from the bustle when needed.

This hotel was like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the action of the pedestrian area. The terrace had amazing views, especially at night. The room was very comfortable, but small. The staff were wonderful and helped us with setting up our very early cab, as well as picking us up at the designated meeting place. It is not easy to find on your own.

We can't say enough about our overall experience. it's a beatiful hotel, and oasis of tranquiltiy and civility and beauty. In part, this is the building and details themselves, but the the helpful, professional, kind, and thoughtful attention of the staff, Camilla in particular, is optimal. She is a paragon of thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and knowledge. There's more the rooftop access is a wonderful plus, the views sublime. All of this would be lovely but if staff are less kind, staying at hotels, even lovely ones, can be sub-par. This is not the case with Camilla and the staff at Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. It was such a wonderful experience, we look forward to returning.

Genial

We absolutely loved the hotel and wish we had booked for more than 2 nights. The loft room was huge and contemporary, but located in a gorgeous 500-year-old (I think) building so had many special touches such as the windows and ceiling. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and the location could not have been more convenient. Our only issue was that our 9-year-old loved it so much she preferred it to sightseeing and kept asking when we could go back to the room!
