Annoying - the absence of any means of transport out of the hotel to, for instance, the ferry was extraordinary. Couldn’t a staff member simply run people down in their car? As two 78 year-olds, wheeling our luggage for 30 minutes down that Hill was not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. To be told that taxis were not to be relied upon did not help.
