Great stay, little bit hard to find and get there

A great place to stay during our inaugural visit to Lisbon. Superb historical location close to some great attractions, and only a short walk from the city centre and other great places to visit. Also great for access to some of the main stations to get out of the city on day trips, Sintra being the highlight. Wonderful boutique hotel where the staff were wonderfully attentive, kind and generous with their time.

The bedroom would have been improved with more shelf or drawer space to store clothing - there was none at all.
Likewise a small shelf or ledge in the shower would be useful.
A larger supply of tea bags in the room would also be good.
Breakfast in bed came with no trays
When we requested trays we were given just one and told there were no more trays!

Very well located hotel in Alfama. Excellent service.Gorgeous breakfast.
