Overall excellent experience. Since staying we have moved on to other parts of Portugal but still are talking about our Lisbon stay among ourselves.

Superb. Would highly recommend Santiago de Alfama and will definitely stay there again the next time I am in Lisbon. The staff is outstanding, the accommodations are top-notch and the location can't be beat. A true gem in the heart of Alfama!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. The hotel is at a very old site dating from Roman times, on the hillside with a great view. The surrounding streets are narrow and cobblestoned. The hotel itself is beautifully restored with excellent facilities, and lots of character. Our room was clean and comfortable, with lots of space, and luxurious bathroom. Service was very attentive and helpful. This was a great place to stay in Lisbon.

Superbe assistance et service du personnel. Quelques efforts à faire sur les équipements (enceinte dans les chambres, jaccuzi, piscine, salle de sport...)
