We got to know and love the hotel, the staff is very helpful and experienced when it comes to solving problems.
The breakfast is excellent and very varied. The only reason for negative criticism were the drinks: Aperolspritz and Hugo, which we ordered at the pool. The drink cup was filled to the top with ice, so it was empty after two small sips. This is not okay if there is no delicious drink in the cup, but only frozen water (ice). Here the hotel management should keep an eye on the barkeeper and initiate a correction.
