The hotel is very cozy and it's located in a particularly quiet and beautiful area. The staff are lovely and makes you feel at home. However the facilities and the rooms became obsolete years ago and the relation between quality and price is going down. To pay more than 250 EUR daily for a room without hot water is unacceptable, as well as 16 euros for a meager breakfast. If the Management make the neccesary arrangements in the renovation of all rooms I'll be a regular customer for many years. If they also offer a more varied breakfast they will be complete success.
