All in all good, prefer smaller hotel compared With the big Chain hotels.
A few negative experiences (even if we didn't report)

My wife and I had a great experience.
Comments: (1) The hotel's policy is to have the guests bring the laundry down to the reception area. The hotels in which we had this service picked up the laundry at our room; (2) as a couple, we would have loved to have a single mattress.

We ask our guests to bring the laundry bag to the front desk because the delivery option is limited in time and otherwise we can not guarantee a return at the same day. We hope that this did not affect your comfort during your stay.

Your wish for one big single mattress has also been noticed; we regret to inform you that all our double beds are equipped with two separate mattresses. We still hope you had restful nights.

Overall experience was wonderful! We had a great stay, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect, we had no issues getting around the city to see all the Christmas markets :-)
