About two years ago my wife stayed at your hotel and strongly recommend your hotel to me, when I was to make a business trip to Wien. My (and my wife's) expectation was not betrayed.
When I left Wien, I realized I forgot my key in the safe in my room. My e-mail message asking to search for the key was promptly taken care of and the key was found from the safe of the room, already occupied by a guest coming after me (therefore the safe might have been in use and the hotel might have asked the occupant to check the safe). I appreciate the service greatly. I had my friend in the city pick the key up and send it to me.
