I was not happy about the construction noise and hot watter supply disruption beforehand nor I was offered a sale for this inconvinience. Also the carpet was not very clean (I am used to exercise on the floor in the morning if possible). However the view was beyond beautiful.

Dear guest,

thank you for informing us about your experience. We regret that your stay has been affected due to the renovation works taking place in some rooms on lower floors and kindly ask you to accept our excuses. We also already passed your critic regarding the cleaning of the carpet to our housekeeping department.

We assure you that we do have high standards and hope to get a further chance in the future to show you our service consciousness and fully convince you.

In the meanwhile we remain,

with best regards from Vienna
