I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.
When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a room with windows not facing the street, as I am a light sleeper. Unfortunately, I was given a room with street-facing windows. As a result, it was very noisy throughout the night due to constant traffic, and I found it difficult to sleep.
Additionally, the room was extremely hot, and while there was an air conditioner, it was so loud that using it made it difficult to rest.
I would also like to mention that the room was very dark in the evenings, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for any length of time.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.
