We had a terrific stay in your hotel. We like your hotel being a boutique hotel and beautifully decorated. Your hotel is very conveniently and centrally located - to sightseeing spots or transportation. The quality and varieties of the breakfast were good. The arrangement of afternoon coffee/cake service on your 11/F lounge was wonderful and unique. We would definitely recommend your hotel to our friends if they visit Vienna.

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a detailed review of your stay at our Hotel Am Parkring. We are delighted that you appreciated our house with its interiors and that you were impressed by its central yet quiet location. We are particularly happy to learn that the assigned room with balcony overlooking the city park, fully convinced you. With pleasure we will forward your compliments also for our breakfast buffet and the afternoon offerings internally. We would be delighted to welcome you back again in future and send you, in the meantime, our best regards.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.

When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a room with windows not facing the street, as I am a light sleeper. Unfortunately, I was given a room with street-facing windows. As a result, it was very noisy throughout the night due to constant traffic, and I found it difficult to sleep.

Additionally, the room was extremely hot, and while there was an air conditioner, it was so loud that using it made it difficult to rest.

I would also like to mention that the room was very dark in the evenings, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for any length of time.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Dear guest,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us and leaving your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your room did not meet your expectations. Your request for a room without a street view has been noticed and that's why we've assigned you the quietest room possible, with only a one-way and pedestrian zone directly leading to the hotel. We have also noted your comments about the noise from the air conditioning and did check it. Currently we haven't identified any problems or excessive noises. Please don't hesitate to report any issues to us immediately so we can address them during your stay. It is our goal to create a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests, and your suggestions are very valuable for us to make improvements. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future to provide you with a more pleasant stay and send you, in the meantime, our best regards.
