Overall I am very pleased with this hotel, and that is why I come back every time I am in Vienna.

Das mit der Clubcarte fand ich nicht gut! Hierzu kommt noch eine Datenschutzmail von mir ! Das geht so nicht und ich widerspreche dieser Karte und dem Clubbeitritt auch !
Ich dachte es wäre die Zimmerkartenempfangsbestätigung !!!!

Excellent hotel - wonderful location - some improvements possible. Room was excellent and I enjoyed also the minibar. Excellent choice. If you chould improve the FREE cake experience in the afternoon it would be superlative. The breakfast also requires an overview - price too high for what is offered there.

It would be better to install a glass door entirely at the shower booth, so that the water can be protected to flow out to the floor of rest room. It would be better to operate the heater early morning, because it is a bit cold at dawn in room.

I was worried about which hotel I would be staying at because I left it up to the tour company, but I was very satisfied with the spacious room.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It would be helpful if the hotel entry has a ramp for a big suitcase as it is very hard to lift a big suitcase over the stairs.
