It’s my 15th year here so obviously I love the hotel. It’s perfect for me in terms of location and value for money compared with similar rooms in other hotels. It’s top drawer

Excellent hotel - wonderful location - some improvements possible. Room was excellent and I enjoyed also the minibar. Excellent choice. If you chould improve the FREE cake experience in the afternoon it would be superlative. The breakfast also requires an overview - price too high for what is offered there.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your review of our Hotel Am Parkring. We are glad to hear that you had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our excellent location, room as well as the minibar. We have taken note of your feedback about the free cake in the afternoon and regret that although we do offer a gugelhupf and a daily changing sheet cake, you were not completely satisfied. We will take your suggestion into consideration in our efforts to continuously improve our services and thank you for your trust. We hope we can welcome you back again in future and send you, in the meantime, our best regards from Vienna.

It would be better to install a glass door entirely at the shower booth, so that the water can be protected to flow out to the floor of rest room. It would be better to operate the heater early morning, because it is a bit cold at dawn in room.

Dear guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. We will take your suggestion of adding a glass door to the shower stall into consideration for future improvements. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temperature in your room and have taken note of your comment about the heating. We hope you will still opt again for our Hotel Am Parkring in future and would be glad to welcome you back in the future.
In the meantime, we remain,
with kind regards
