It was a lovely stay overall. The hotel is located in the center of the city but at the same time it is not loud. The balcony with the cathedral view was absolutely amazing.

Dear Guest, thank you for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay, the central location, and the amazing cathedral view from the balcony. We appreciate your feedback on the room decor and are glad you found the room comfortable and well-equipped. We’ll address the issue with the pillow to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your kind comments about our service, and we hope to welcome you back for another great experience at Hotel Am Parkring! Overall we were fine but the experience could have been better with the a/c. Also wasn’t a huge fan of the way the bathroom was

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the central location, the breakfast, and the unique city view. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the air conditioning and the bathroom. We appreciate your comments on the service and cleanliness, and we’ll look into improving the A/C situation to ensure a more comfortable stay in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you on your next visit.
