We are delighted to read that you particularly appreciated the central location, the spacious and clean comfort of our rooms, as well as our service and the high level of cleanliness throughout our hotel. Your praise encourages our entire team in their daily commitment.
We regret that you felt the price of our breakfast buffet was too high. We would like to point out that our buffet – always served with a unique view over Vienna – includes a wide selection of fresh, seasonal fruits, a variety of salads, fine cheeses and cold cuts, spreads, and a variety of breads. Of course, butter, jam, and honeycomb are also available, as well as freshly prepared egg dishes, which you can order to your liking. Your coffee is served directly to you, allowing you to start your day in a relaxed manner.

Very quiet, very functional. Great location within 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. For the price in March I'd return. For the price they ask in May I wouldn't.

We are delighted that you particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the functionality of the room, and, last but not least, our central location, just a short walk from the city center. Your feedback regarding the value for money is also very valuable to us. It's wonderful to hear that you would gladly choose our hotel again at certain times.
At the same time, we regret that we were unable to accommodate your request for an early check-in after a long overnight flight – we understand how important this is, especially for business travelers. Our hotel was fully booked and the guests have time to check-out till 11:00 am so it was not possible to give you a room directly after arriving. The experience you described with the cleaning of your room also falls short of our standards for hospitality and well-being. Your feedback provides us with important insights to further improve our cleaning procedures and the awareness of our team, so that our guests always feel welcome.
Regarding the layout between the terrace and the room, we appreciate your suggestion, although unfortunately, structural limitations cannot be changed.

da ich in Ihrem Kommentar sehe, dass Sie wie immer sehr zufrieden waren, dürfte es sich bei der Bewertung um einen Fehler handeln, da alle angegebenen Bereiche mit den wenigsten Punkten beurteilt wurden. Es handelt sich bei 1 um "nicht zufrieden" und bei 5 um "sehr zufrieden".

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Bereiche sind alle sehr sauber.
Ich bekam zu meinem Geburtstag ein Obstteller mit Torte zum Frühstück und eine Flasche Sekt mit Obstteller und Billett ins Zimmer.

We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, warm, and had a beautiful view of the city. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to all public transportation.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank the breakfast staff and the employees at the reception for their excellent service.

Thank you for the fruits, the wine, and the chocolate for my birthday. I always travel for my birthday, and in 16 years, only two hotels had such a nice attention (Motel One Potsdamerplatz in Berlin, and you).
