I stayed at your hotel from 17th December to 21st December, and although I had not originally planned to stay for all four nights, I must say I was genuinely impressed with both the hotel and the overall service.
The front desk team was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Igor—an absolutely amazing person who truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. He is a gem, and I am very grateful for his support and professionalism.
Most of the staff were courteous and welcoming. However, I would like to note that my interaction with Mr. Christof was disappointing, as his attitude, body language, and tone were not in line with the otherwise high service standards of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is perfect, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, my stay was very good, and despite one minor exception, the positive experience—especially the outstanding service from Mr. Igor—made it a memorable and pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel and would gladly consider staying again in the future.
