Before arrival, we were most concerned with the practice employed by your Hotel in blocking or reserving funds on your Client's Bank Account. You must be aware that most Hotels do not do this, and we were not advised at the time of making our booking of your practice, and the block appears to remain in place for several days after the Bill has been paid. This is unconscionable conduct!
We were disappointed with the outside appearance to your building, with weeds and broken concrete on the adjoining property. This is not a good look for first impressions upon arrival.
Otherwise, Staff were personable, friendly and helpful.

As you wrote we took an authorization as guarantee for the amount of the first night. This should have been unlocked upon departure. We are sorry that it took longer and kindly ask you to accept our sincere excuses.
