Siamo lieti di leggere che è rimasto pienamente soddisfatto del nostro servizio e della dedizione del nostro team. È particolarmente gradito che abbia sottolineato la cordialità e la discrezione del personale a colazione.

È meraviglioso sapere che ha sempre trovato la sua camera pulita e ben tenuta e che il nostro team addetto alle pulizie ha soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Anche la posizione centrale del nostro hotel, con la sua vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, è molto apprezzata da molti dei nostri ospiti: siamo ancora più lieti che questo sia stato un vantaggio per lei.

We very very happy staying here. If we shold wish anything more it will be a sitting room wich couches and whisky ;-)
