Great location, room, amenities and breakfast plus staff. Please provide shampoo instead of just soap. Your hotel is better than that.

We noticed your hint regarding the soap and kindly inform you that for ecological reasons, we offer liquid body and hair wash in the rooms as standard, but separate shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as slippers can be provided at any time upon request. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Small enough that everyone got to know us. Fantastic staff who go out of their way for you. Super convenient location right by the trams. Excellent price too. Will go back for sure!!!

Very friendly and impeccable service. We had our bicycles and they took them to the secure storage area themselves rather than just directing us to it. And seemed to do it with pleasure. We will definitely go back.
