The door at the lift is very silly and makes baggage hard to carry to elevator

Very happy with everything, had originally worried it would be noisy as next to elevator and breakfast room just outside door but the sound insulation was excellent

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé. A souligner la gentillesse du personnel et le fait le français est connu du personnel de l'accueil. Nous retournerons à cet hôtel lors d'un prochain voyage à Vienne.

I would stay here again. The staff were of the highest quality! There service and friendliness made us feel very comfortable. Housekeeping, reception, restaurant they all were really, really pleasant.
