The hotel was lovely and clean all staff were very pleasant and helpful.The location was perfect for getting about to all the Christmas Markets

We enjoyed the hotel. It was quiet. Marvelous breakfast to start the day. We would consider returning here.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped. The location is good. Particularly liked the coffee & cake and the apples. Will stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Lovely clean room, friendly staff. The only thing was the TV had no English subtitles
