Very dissatisfied.

Super expérience! si on devait retourner à Vienne, on choisirait le même hôtel!

Overall excellent experience (except for check in, as mentioned above). I was told I requested a courtyard view (no courtyard, just parking lot view), my reservation said no such thing, unsure why the gentleman at check kept insisting I was wrong. Luckily the rest of the stay was fine.

We have rooms with view on the Danube Canal named „double room with balcony“ and quiet rooms to the backyard of the building, named „comfort double room - one double bed – balcony“. This cathegory you have chosen when you booked you room via expedia. We offred you to change your room cathegory and you refused! We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Sono rimasto molto contento, hotel in una posizione fantastica, a 100 metri dalla metro, nella via dello shopping e di tutti i ristoranti. Devo fare i complimenti a Marco il ragazzo italiano della reception, sempre disponibile per dei consigli utili, sempre con il sorriso, avessimo noi negli hotel persone così preparate è simpatiche. Grazie di tutto, hotel consigliato.
