Overall our experience of the hotel was good and in some cases even better that we expected. Only issues (minor ones) are described in chapter two.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you an alternative concerning the carpeting since all our rooms have carpet floors, but we can advise you at the moment of your next booking, regarding the room location. Wonderful. Great location, great room, great service. So happy to have taken the chance on staying here. I had never been to Vienna and was attending a conference at the VIC. The hotel is next to the Underground - so accessible, safe and easy to use. The hotel amenities were great - although the wireless was quite slow. :) The service was great. Fabulous stay. Thanks!

Freundlicher Service, zentrale Lage - daher erwartungsgemäß laut (gut isolierte Fenster). Frühstück super und Service dort bes. aufmerksam.

Noisy at night

Dear guest,
thank you for your important feedback. We are sorry to read that you found the hotel location to noisy, although we do offer soundproof glazed glasses. The Hotel Capricorno is indeed positioned very central at Schwedenplatz and therefore it can become a little louder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Vor allem eine sehr gut zu dosierende Klimaanlage. Kritisieren möchte ich die doch sehr hohen Tiefgaragenstellplatzpreise.
