It was great, the team was kind and prepared.
We love usrula thai explained to uss all in the minimum details.
The room was so clean and the bathroom too!

Trotz der Einbußen beim Frühstück aufgrund der Lage und dem Service ist der Eindruck gut.

Vienna Is clean, confortable, expensive, Easy to visit

Alles, was ich hier schreibe, ist natürlich absolut subjektiv – andere mögen das vielleicht anders sehen. Wir waren bereits in vielen Hotels untergebracht und haben unterschiedlichste Unterkünfte und Verpflegungen erlebt. In diesem Fall können wir jedoch weder an der Unterkunft noch an der Verpflegung etwas aussetzen.

Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Zimmer gab es pro Person eine kostenlose Wasserflasche. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt (natürlich nicht kostenlos). In der Lobby stand ein Obstteller bereit, an dem man sich bedienen konnte.

Am Abreisetag gab es bei sehr früher Abreise sogar die Möglichkeit, sich ein kostenloses Lunchpaket zusammenstellen zu lassen – auch das war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Ja, das Gebäude ist natürlich nicht das neueste und teilweise etwas verwinkelt. Aber das ist bei Bestandsgebäuden nun einmal so – man muss aus dem, was vorhanden ist, das Beste machen.

Wie gesagt: Insgesamt alles top.
