We had a wonderful time at your hotel! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely great! The staff was so cheerful every day. Loved getting a smiley face on the boiled egg. We also enjoyed the free cake and coffee/tea in the afternoon. We will definitely stay at your hotel again if we come back to Vienna and have already told our friends about it.

Dear guest,

thank you very much for your nice comments. We are very happy to learn that you fully enjoyed your vacation and that you already recommend us to friends.

We would be pleased to welcome you back in future and look forward to your next reservation.

In the meantime, we remain,

with best regards
