Good but small rooms, staff not very attentive, just normal. Very good location. Breakfast was not so tasty.

Hotel mit guter Innenstadtlage, allerdings schon etwas erneuerungsbedürftig.

Sehr geehrter Gast!

I have stayed in this hotel for one night. The location is excellent. It is just opposite the train station.

Dear guest,

Thank you for your positive review. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and especially the near subway station contributed to simplify the discovery of our beautiful city.

We hope you will keep us in good memories and wish you a nice Christmas season.

The location is excellent however the room was small

Dear guest,

thank you for reviewing your stay with us. We are happy to read that you enjoyed the hotel location and appreciate your high score in the divisions: cleanliness, service and breakfast. Thank you.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with room size. Unfortunately we do not offer bigger single rooms than the one you were assigned to. But subject to availability and for a surcharge, you can book a double room for single use. Maybe this could be an option?

We would be pleased to welcome you back in future and would like to take this opportunity and wish you a nice Christmas season.

Best regards from Vienna
