l'hotel ne correspond pas vraiment à un 4 étoiles mais plutot à un 3 étoiles. Odeur de tabac froid dans l'entrée et dans les couloirs très désagréable. Petit déjeuner très sommaire, produit de qualité médiocre, peu de viennoiserie

Avec regret nous avons lu vos commentaires et remarqué que vous n'êtes pas satisfaits avec votre séjour chez notre hôtel Capricorno.

Vos notes très faibles en ce qui concerne la propreté, le service et le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel nous ont particulièrement surpris car ces catégories sont généralement considérées très positivement par nos clients.

Nous accordons une grande importance au service et la qualité, et vous prions de nous excuser si nous n'avons pas pu vous convaincre.

La plupart de nos chambres sont non fumeur, ce qui peut conduire à fumer renforcée dans la zone d'entrée ou dans les couloirs devant les chambres.

Nos produits pour le petit déjeuner sont choisis avec soin et nous avons aussi ici une grande échelle. Nous regrettons que notre sélection n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes.

Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez encore une occasion pour vous convaincre de notre offre et nous réjouissons de vous accueillir à nouveau dans un Schick Hotel.

I had a rather unpleasant experience while at the hotel. My husband and I had booked an excursion to Budapeste on August 4th and we should be at the meeting point at 6:45 am. To play safe, we asked the the lady at the reception (EGKER) to get us a taxi, which she did. Although we showed the taxi driver the address in a written form where we should be picked up, he dropped us off at a wrong place and we missed the excursion (and the money as well!!!). When we got to the hotel, RONI YAAKOBISHVKI was at the reception and we told him what had happened and asked for his help in order to try to reach the taxi driver. He was very impolite and rude and in no way did he try to help us saying that there was no way to know the "company" that taxi driver worked for.
I guess if a guest asks the hotel to call a taxi to make sure she is at the right place at the right time and the taxi driver causes her and her husband not only to miss the oportunity to visit a place they might never visit again but also about 200 euros, the hotel should do something in order to make up for the loss, after all, the hotel was the one in charge to arrange the taxi for them...
I really believe the hotel knows the "taxi company" they usually call and it would no be so difficult to spot the driver who had been at the hotel at 6:20 am to drive 2 guests to a certain place.

First of all let me express my regret for your negative experience in our beautiful city.

It really is inexcusable that a taxi driver takes you to the wrong place although he gets the address shown on a written form and in a time of Gps. I really can understand your exasperation and anger about this happening very well.

Nevertheless, I can only underline the statement of Mr. Yaakobishvili that there is no possibility to locate the driver or the company and that the Hotel itself is in no way responsible for the taxi companies. We usually do call the Taxi head office which in turn begs a free taxi to take the ride. With the many thousands of taxi drivers in the city, it is virtually impossible now to make the correct finding.
I know that this certainly isn’t a satisfactory release, but we really can’t find out.

I also must say that Mr. Yaakobishvili got many compliments from our guests for beeing such helpful and service conscious so that I'm sure he would have gladly helped, if he had had the chance.

Aufgrund der sehr verkehrsgünstigen Lage ist das Hotel sehr laut.

Wie bereits von Ihnen erwähnt liegt das Hotel an einem Hauptverkehrsknoten Wiens, der Schwedenplatz und daher kann es ein bißchen laut werden. Wir hoffen jedoch, daß Sie nicht zu sehr vom Straßenlärm gestört wurden und somit Ihren Urlaub trotzdem genießen konnten.
