The rooms are not soundproof and need improvement; you can hear the neighboring rooms. Also, there is no charging outlet next to the bed.

We have taken note of your feedback regarding the soundproofing and regret that this affected your stay. We also regret that you did not find a power outlet by the bed, which is also important for comfort. Your comments will, of course, be passed on internally.
