There should be small fridge in the room and towels are not white anymore and also not soft. They are old

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay with us.

We are delighted that you highlighted our central location and the service of our team so positively. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding cleanliness, the room, and the value for money.

Regarding your comment about the lack of a refrigerator in the room, we would like to inform you that, for environmental reasons, we no longer offer minibars in the rooms to actively support our environmental label. If you would like to keep something cool during your stay, please feel free to contact our reception team, who will be happy to assist you. You can also purchase chilled drinks directly at the lobby bar.

We take your comments about the towels very seriously. We are sorry that they did not meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness, softness, and condition. We will pass on your feedback internally to further improve the quality and comfort for our guests.

We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay and thank you for your valuable feedback.

kind regards
