The overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend your Hotel to anybody in Ireland travelling to Vienna
Also I left my sunglasses behind me in the bedroom and when collected my suit case later from reception my sunglasses had been found put in an envelope and left with my suitcase for which I was very great full
the Ambience and the quality of food and the friendly staff at breakfast was the best I have ever experienced

Dear valut guest,
thank you for taking the time to review your experince at the smart Hotel City Central. We are sorry to read about the service at the reception and certainly this has been forwarded to the responsible person for clarification. We do hope that we will have the change to show you that the staff at the reception can be as well as friendly as our staff at breakfast.
Wishing you a nice summer and hoping to welcome you again in Vienna, we remain
with kind regards
