Con piacere abbiamo passato i Suoi complimenti all’intero team. Grazie mille.

The room I was at first given (309) did not meet my expectations and it was changed in no time and I moved into the fine room like I saw it in the hotel picture. My holiday began and it was exellent. THANK YOU! Best regards, Irina Fadeeva.

Dear guest,

Thank you for informing us about your experience. We are glad that we were able to offer you an alternative to the first single room shown. The one you choose was facing the street and with a bath tube.

We are happy that you felt comfortable and that you enjoyed an excellent vacation.

Looking forward to welcome you back again in future, we remain,

with best regards
