Rooms not fit for a 4 star hotel

Dear guest,

thank you for informing us about your impressions. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed the feeling at our Hotel City Central and thank you for your compliment for the entire team.

We regret that the rooms did not fulfil your expectations and therefore you rated this division lower than the others. Please be assured that we aim to offer all our guests a nice stay and are aware of the importance of continuous quality improvement. Renovation work takes place in regular intervals and we will discuss your remark by planning future steps.

We hope to get another chance to convince you and look forward to your next Vienna stay.

In the meantime, we remain,

with best regards
