Only minus is,they dont have mini bar in room…

We are very pleased that you were completely satisfied with our service and we confirm that for environmental reasons, we no longer have a minibar in the room. If you have anything that needs to be refrigerated, you are more than welcome to contact the reception team; our colleagues will be pleased to quickly help you. However, cooled drinks can be purchased in-house, directly at the lobby bar.

Ich habe sehr schöne Tage in Wien verbracht, wobei Hotel bzw. Unterkunft für sehr wichtig sind! Alles war für mich tipptopp!

Very old and needs an update. Weird spots in the ceiling of family room 301. Ugly curtains and not modern furniture.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist mässig, da wir jeden Tag auf den Glastablaren die Ränder der Gläser hatten vom ersten Tag an, im Badezimmer die "frischen" Handtücher fleckig waren und die Haare in der Wanne nicht beseitigt wurden. WC Spülung ist sehr knapp eingestellt und so sieht man teilweise die Hinterlassenschaft des Vorgängers, WC Sitz locker. Bettsofa mussten wir selbst ausziehen. Positiv war der Zimmerwechsel von 205 in 211, wobei das Zimmer dann deutlich kleiner war , aber weit ab vom Strassenlärm. Leider gab es nur wenig Freundlichkeit. Beim Frühstück war es herzlich, jedoch passt es gar nicht, wenn ein Mitarbeiter lautstark zurecht gewiesen wird, irgendeine Sache anders machen zu müssen. Der Herr war sehr eingeschüchtert...Schade weil er so Sympathisch war.

Wir haben uns im Hotel willkommen gefühlt. Tolle Idee mit den Getränkegutscheinen für die Minibar in der Lobby.
Schön, dass wir uns morgens schon einmal einen ersten Kaffee im Zimmer machen konnten.
Die Fenster wurden an einem Tag auf „Kipp“ gestellt und die Heizung voll aufgedreht. Das war kein Problem für uns, aber es tut mir etwas leid für den Energieverbrauch.

Very impressed with this hotel and its location! The front desk staff (in particular Rainald) were incredibly helpful in recommendations for things to do in Vienna. I particularly appreciated how Rainald was able to check me into our room early!

The Hotel City Central has been our hotel of choice in Vienna for many years. We are thus able to compare it with other hotels in the city. The City Central offers complete satisfaction across the whole range of services. Rooms are of course very clean and comfortable. Staff are all pleasant and helpful and professional at all times. The breakfast choice is excellent. The hotel location is very good for public transport connections. We hope to return.
