The staff was nice and kind. The location is good, a 10-15 minutes from Stephansdom. The room was rather small. I wish I had a tea or coffee makers in the room. The bathroom amenities were minimal. I wish I had soap and shampoos for individual use. One day (yes one out of seven days) they did not sweep the bathroom floor and left my hair and other stains. The key was too heavy to carry. Nowadays, card keys are quite common. The breakfast was nearly a first class. The internet was quite slow and the connection was sometimes unstable. The walls seemed so thin that I could hear casual conversations next door.

We read that you were not completely satisfied with the single rooms and inform you with pleasure, that we also offer the possibility to book a double room for single use (depending on availability and for a surcharge). Maybe this could be an option?
Tea and coffee making facilities are available upon request. Please do not hesitate to contact our reception staff during your stay in order to react immediately.
Shower and shampoo are available in every room, placed in dispenser directly on the shower/bathtub wall and at the sink.
We kindly ask you to accept our excuses for the lack of cleaning on one day of the bathroom floor. Your critic has already been passed to our housekeeping team in order to avoid a repetition. Thank you for informing us.
