The housekeeping service was poor. On the second day of my stay, there was no bath towel or mat in the room after 7:00 pm.

Please do accept our sincere excuses for the missing towel change on the second day of your stay with us. This really should not happen. Do not hesitate to contact directly the reception staff during your stay for any assistance needed. They will be pleased to help you.

Your remark has already been passed to the house-keeping department in order to avoid a repetition.

A charming hotel with a nice staff. The location is great, very close to all the historical sights. Thank you for a good holiday in Viena.
