It was a good experience.The team was very kind and the hotel is clean and in a very good position

At the same time, we regret that the problem was not resolved during your stay due to a missunderstanding. We checked the door lock and door handle, but we oversaw that the chain was the problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in Wien werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder ein Zimmer im City Central buchen.
