Very nice experience, only a problem : the complexity of wifi system (every time my computer was out, I had to reinsert login and password (that were also very difficult to write !)

Regarding the wifi system: we do have the possibility to give you a three days password, but you still have to enter again if you turn off the computer. This is like that at most of password protected systems! Unfortunately at the moment we cannot offer another solution for this issue.

We still hope that you will keep your stay in good memory and visit us again in the future.

Per un breve soggiorno l'albergo ha una buona posizione ed un ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Gentililissimi e diponibili tutti gli addetti alla Reception.

We will certainly come again (my wife has been earlier). The reception staff was very helpful and we were especially pleassed that one gentleman at the reception could speak Finnish language. We also know that some (at least one) know Russian language.
Se You soon again. Of course everybody could speak perfect English.
Certainly a four star hotel!

I want to highlight the approach of staff, although the location of the hotel is also excellent. They make u feel home from the first second you arrive...
