I had the feeling that the towels were not changed even if I left them in the bathroom
Wifi system was really bad

thank you for choosing again our Hotel City Central for your stay in Vienna. We are sorry that this time we could not completely convince you and thank you for your important information.

Due to our environment awareness we offer the possibility to choose whether the towels should be changed or not. By leaving them in the bath tub or shower we will change them, if they are left on the rails we will leave them. We are sorry that our housekeeping department did not change them as requested and kindly ask you to accept our sincere excuses.

We regret that you also had problems with the wifi system during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact directly the reception staff, the colleagues will be pleased to help.

We hope you will soon be staying with us again and so give us a further chance to fully convince you.

Wie immer habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hinweis, dass bei den Zimmer etwas gemacht werden muss, sollte m.E. umgesetzt werden.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean and in good condition, my non-smoking room on the 5th floor was just right. The breakfast selection was good and the room was charming.
My only complaint is that when the sheets and towels were changed they smelled a bit of cigarettes, as if the clean linen is kept near a smoking area. It was not very upsetting, but was noticeable.
