Kinda disappointed by the hotel.
The room wasnt very good and noisy. The bathroom was old.
I booked 2 rooms, one had air-con not working. One day, we came back and one of the room wasnt locked and light were on. Cleaning service probably left fast and forgot to lock.
Breakfast and location were good.
Overall it felt more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars.

We take the inconveniences regarding the noise, the condition of the bathrooms, and the malfunctioning air conditioning in one of the rooms very seriously. The fact that the cleaning team apparently did not properly lock one of the rooms after cleaning is, of course, not up to our standards – we sincerely apologize for these circumstances. Your honest feedback on room comfort and cleanliness helps us to review and specifically improve our service quality.
