Um 5:25 Uhr geht ein Luftkompressor im Haus an, der alle Gäste weckt.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie durch den frühzeitig anspringenden Luftkompressor und die daraus resultierende Lärmbelästigung gestört wurden. Wir verstehen gut, dass eine ungestörte Nachtruhe wesentlich zum Wohlbefinden beiträgt, und möchten uns für diese Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Excellent location, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Only one negative - bed was too soft and uncomfortable.

Window in my room was broken.

There should be small fridge in the room and towels are not white anymore and also not soft. They are old

Regarding your comment about the lack of a refrigerator in the room, we would like to inform you that, for environmental reasons, we no longer offer minibars in the rooms to actively support our environmental label. If you would like to keep something cool during your stay, please feel free to contact our reception team, who will be happy to assist you. You can also purchase chilled drinks directly at the lobby bar.

We take your comments about the towels very seriously. We are sorry that they did not meet your expectations in terms of cleanliness, softness, and condition. We will pass on your feedback internally to further improve the quality and comfort for our guests.
