Muy buena experiencia, hotel céntrico, servicio del personal excepcional y detalles preciosos, tanto la caja de bombones como la botella de agua. Lo único que echamos en falta fue el minibar en la habitación, había una nevera minibar en recepción.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel im "Old-Style" Look gehalten. Überraschend ruhiges Haus, obwohl an einer Straße gelegen, man hört gelegentlich die Geräusche der Straßenbahn.

The rooms were a bit small but sufficient. Sound insulation between the rooms could have been better. Unfortunately, the carpets used on the floors can be quite challenging for people with allergies. The breakfast meets the minimum expectations for a hotel of this type. I would especially like to thank Ms. Gönül, whom we met in the breakfast hall, for her helpfulness and effort.

Good experience but I would suggest that if you can change the floor carpet for something more hygienic and Lee allergic.

Kinda disappointed by the hotel.
The room wasnt very good and noisy. The bathroom was old.
I booked 2 rooms, one had air-con not working. One day, we came back and one of the room wasnt locked and light were on. Cleaning service probably left fast and forgot to lock.

Breakfast and location were good.

Overall it felt more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars.

We take the inconveniences regarding the noise, the condition of the bathrooms, and the malfunctioning air conditioning in one of the rooms very seriously. Sehr gut gelegen - am Donaukanal
In 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Stephansplatz !
Das Haus hat noch den Wiener Charme…
noch eine persönliche Note 😉
Ich war mit meiner Tochter - wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer…
Eines war klein aber ruhig -
Das Zimmer zur Taborstraße war größer aber dafür lauter..
