Estuve en el Hotel Central de Viena y me encantó. Es un hotel pequeño, muy limpio y con un personal muy amable. Te hacen sentir como en casa desde que llegas. El desayuno estaba muy correcto, solo le faltó un huevo frito para ser perfecto. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Very hot room. Couldn't turn radiator in bathroom off so had to sleep with the window open. Very noisy road

A very satisfactory experience in this centrally located family run hotel, closely aligned to the neighbouring sister-hotel, the Stephanie Hotel where we enjoyed delicious dinners served by professionally trained and courteous staff. Many thanks to everyone who took good care of us during our first week long stay in the historical centre of Vienna.

Close to the center. New lobby desing . Room old Desing .Clean . There is no mini fridge in the room .

But we are sorry that the room design and the lack of a mini-fridge did not quite meet your expectations. For environmental reasons, we no longer have a minibar in the room. If you have anything that needs to be refrigerated, you are more than welcome to contact the reception team; our colleagues will be pleased to quickly help you. Only minus is,they dont have mini bar in room…

Very old and needs an update. Weird spots in the ceiling of family room 301. Ugly curtains and not modern furniture.

Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist mässig, da wir jeden Tag auf den Glastablaren die Ränder der Gläser hatten vom ersten Tag an, im Badezimmer die "frischen" Handtücher fleckig waren und die Haare in der Wanne nicht beseitigt wurden. WC Spülung ist sehr knapp eingestellt und so sieht man teilweise die Hinterlassenschaft des Vorgängers, WC Sitz locker. Bettsofa mussten wir selbst ausziehen. Positiv war der Zimmerwechsel von 205 in 211, wobei das Zimmer dann deutlich kleiner war , aber weit ab vom Strassenlärm. Leider gab es nur wenig Freundlichkeit. Beim Frühstück war es herzlich, jedoch passt es gar nicht, wenn ein Mitarbeiter lautstark zurecht gewiesen wird, irgendeine Sache anders machen zu müssen. Der Herr war sehr eingeschüchtert...Schade weil er so Sympathisch war.
