I noticed in the night that my room was a smoking room. Because I had already occupied the room I did not ask for change. but all the stuff smelled like smoke. Next morning I reported this to the reception. The only comment I got was that I had not ordered a smoke free room.... That was astounding; it should be the other way: a normal booking should be smoke free and an excuse had been appropriate.
