I had another very pleasant stay at City Central Hotel in Vienna: great choice at breakfast, excellent location (close to Stephansdom, 15 minutes away) and the rest of the city center (good subway, U-Bahn, links), polite staff, always helpful and with a lot of information. I would stay there again!

Es freut uns sehr, daß Sie im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden waren, bedauern jedoch, daß Sie Flöhe in der Matratze vermutet haben!

Bitte zögern Sie nicht, einen solchen Verdacht noch während Ihres Aufenthaltes im Hotel, direkt an der Rezeption zu melden!

Selbstverständlich wurde, nachdem wir Ihre Bewertung erhalten haben, das Zimmer gesperrt und eine entsprechende Firma in das Hotel bestellt. Diese hat allerdings ein Schädlingsbefall ausgeschlossen!

had to put a towel over the air conditioning unit as it got to cold because the unit is in front of the bed.
Suggestion: put it in the hallway and this way both rooms are cooled
Otherwise the whole family and friends (room 204) really enjoyed our experience in Vienna. Beautiful city & friendly people.
