Friendly service, rooms small but clean and comfortable, excellent location.

Front counter was so professional and friendly.

The bed was not comftable for the people with waste problems

However, we regret that you were not satisfied with the comfort of the bed, especially in relation to your health needs. My 2nd time staying at Hotel City Central and it will not be my last! Very well located comfortable hotel, with excellent staff and offers good value at the price point.

The only negative was our room was dusty and there was mould above the window. We didn’t complain though as we were hardly in our room. The hotel overall has a nice ambiance and lovely staff and delicious food.
