Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel findet 14-tägig meist für 2-3 Tage statt. Es herrscht schon lange das Gefühlt vor, dazuzugehören. Sowohl von der Rezeption als auch von den Damen und Herren der Bedienung und des Zimmerservice wird man herzlichst begrüßt. Es macht Spaß zu kommen und zu bleiben.

We were given a room in the corner of the hotel with one window that faced the other side of the hotel, so we had no light in the room. It was very small and we were given two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed. Overall we tried to stay outside the hotel as much as possible! But the location was pretty good.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your accomodation which you have booked threw our reservationsysthem on-line. The room which you have stayed has been the cat. "Double room Economy" according to your reservation. Certainly if you have contacted our Front Office they could have done a change of the room either in the same category or a different one according to availability.
We hope that you give us the change to show you a better impression of our proberty as you have right now.

nice, comfortable and quiet hotel, good location. The staff has been excellent,very helpful, friendly and polite. Only disadvantage the cleanliness of the rooms. They weren\'t vacuumed regurarly and although we stayed for 7 days our bedsheets haven\'t been changed

The more we regret your negative experience with the housekeeping department. We do have high standards and the rooms have to be vacuumed daily and the bed sheets also should have been changed. Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is located within a five minute walk of the city centre and the airport express train. I was very happy with everything.

Ottimo il rapporto tra location, servizio e prezzo.
Edificio migliorabile, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione.
