nice, comfortable and quiet hotel, good location. The staff has been excellent,very helpful, friendly and polite. Only disadvantage the cleanliness of the rooms. They weren\'t vacuumed regurarly and although we stayed for 7 days our bedsheets haven\'t been changed

The more we regret your negative experience with the housekeeping department. We do have high standards and the rooms have to be vacuumed daily and the bed sheets also should have been changed. Please do accept our sincere excuses and be assured that this happening does not correspond to our usual service.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is located within a five minute walk of the city centre and the airport express train. I was very happy with everything.

Ottimo il rapporto tra location, servizio e prezzo.
Edificio migliorabile, necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione.

experience has been very positive above all for the personnel very kind and speaking Italian.
the only negative note, the rather small (we were in three) dimensions of the room and the bath; the carpet

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel City Central war wieder ein Genuss, denn der freundliche Empfang wie überhaupt die stete Hilfsbereitschaft während des gesamten Aufenthalts, das Zimmer, die Ruhe und das Frühstück waren perfekt.

I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. Location is great! Reception is friendly and ready to help. Thank you for early check in! I will stay at this hotel once again when I\'m in Vienna.
