Gute zentrale Lage!
Service in Ordnung.
Wurden nicht gefragt ob Raucherzimmer oder Nichtraucherzimmer.

Wir bedauern jedoch, daß Sie bei Ihrer Anreise nicht nach Ihrer Präferenz, Raucher oder Nicht Raucher Zimmer gefragt wurden und offensichtlich, mit dem Ihnen zugeteilten Raucher Zimmer, nicht ganz glücklich waren. Bitte entschuldigen Sie vielmals.

My daughter and I spent 5 night/6 days here. It was great, loved having a bathtub, breakfast buffet was the best we had in 5 hotels, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, we walked to many of the places we wanted to see.

Wochenendtrip in Wien von Freitag auf Samstag, nur eine Übernachtung, Sightseeing, Musicalabend, Abreise am Samstag erst gegen Mitternacht

Good relation price/comfort. Good location near the Ring. Excellent breakfast. Very nice hotel.

Geschäftlicher Aufenthalt zum Zweck einer Schulung. Ich hätte vor allem Ruhe im Zimmer benötigt um meine Schulung erfolgreich abzuschließen. Auch auf Anfrage, wurde mir kein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten.

Es freut uns sehr, daß Sie mit der Hotellage, der gebotenen Sauberkeit, dem Service und unserem Frühstücksangebot zufrieden waren und danken Ihnen für Ihre Hohe Wertung.

Wir bedauern jedoch, daß das Ihnen zugeteilte Zimmer nicht ganz Ihre Erwartungen erfüllen konnte, da es speziell durch seine Lage zur Strasse, für Sie zu laut war. Bei direkter Anfrage an der Rezeption und Verfügbarkeit eines anderen Zimmers, bieten wir normalerweise eine Option an.

Very friendly hotel on a convenient location, friendly staff, very clean.
Breakfast was very good and staff in restaurant very prompt in their service.
Room was very noisy..

Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Internet wi-fi free and useful computer station with printer. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Central location: close to metro station and just minutes walk from the center. Recommended.

I spent four days in Vienna in Hotel City Central. I felt very comfortable and everything was nice and easy, I could say I felt at home.
In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, near the center and the communication node Schwedenplatz.
