Personale gentilissimo e solare.

It was a good experience. The team was very kind and the hotel is clean and in a very good position

Dear guest,
Thank you very much for taking the time to review your stay at our Hotel City Central. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed a nice visit and that especially the cleanliness and the location did convince you.
At the same time, we regret that the problem was not resolved during your stay due to a missunderstanding. We checked the door lock and door handle, but we oversaw that the chain was the problem. Sorry for that! We hope you will still keep us in good memories and we greatly appreciate your comments and honest feedback. Best regards
