We were disappointed in the rooms. Also there should have been instructions as how to use the coffee machine in the lobby...
Thank you for your important feedback, which enables us to control our offer. We noticed your remark regarding the beds and already passed it internally. We regret that you did not feel comfortable but are glad to inform you that a change is already planned by the end of January 2020.
Your improvement suggestion regarding the use of the coffee machine in the lobby has also been noticed. Thank you for steering our attention to this matter. Please do not hesitate to ask our reception desk (manned 24h/day) for any support needed. The colleagues will be happy to help.
