Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Stadtspaziergänge ins Zentrum können direkt

So so

Dear guest,
thank you for informing us about your recent stay at our Hotel City Central. We regret that the booked single room did not completely fullfil your expectations due do its size and the mattress.
Please be informed that we also offer the possibility (upon availability and for a surcharge) to book a double room for single occupancy. Maybe this could be a good alternative?
We will be happy to advise you at the moment of your next booking, in order to find the right offer and hope to welcome you back again in future.
In the meantime, we remain,
with kind regards
