my assessment

Dear guest,
thank you for filling out a review for our Hotel City Central. We noticed your lower rating in the spare breakfast and price and regret that we could not completely convince you.
Please do not hesitate to inform us, what exactly you missed, enabling us to control and optimize our offer.
We hope you will still opt again for us, when visiting Vienna the next time and send you, in the meanwhile, our best regards.

it was very comfortable and clean. but it does not have any equipment or facilities for children. it would be good if children could have play time in the hotel.

Dear guest,
thank you for your important feedback. We noticed your improvement suggestions and already passed them internally. We will think of possible equipment, aside from children's high chairs and cots.
We are glad that you still enjoyed a comfortable stay at our Hotel City Central and hope to welcome you back again in future.
In the meantime, we remain,
with kind regards

A beautiful hotel with an interior that feels luxurious and exclusive, but at a very reasonable price. Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was all you could ask for and the location was walking distance from everything I wanted to see during my trip. Would highly recommend!

Dear guest,
thank you so much for taking the time to evaluate your stay at our Hotel City Central. We are very happy that you kept your stay in good memories and decided to send us a review.
We hope to soon welcome you back again and send you, in the meantime, our best regards from Vienna.
