As I come to Vienna every year for a UN meeting, I have stayed in the hotel many times now - and keep coming back. The hotel has many things I like - including the Viennese feel and the breakfast - but the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff is what brings me back.

Zentrale Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles sehr sauber. Einzig die Fenster könnten besser schallisoliert sein. Wenn man ein Zimmer zu Straße hat hört man Nachts doch die Autos. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist sollte den Aufpreis für Zimmer zum Innenhof investieren.

Hotel con buenas sensaciones, atención exquisita, desayunos muy completos, fantásticos.
Muy bien ubicado.
Cenamos en otro hotel de la cadena muy cercano.
