Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable, well equipped hotel in a very good location near the centre of Vienna. Staff all very helpful and pleasant especially those on reception

Pleasant stay, we will certainly come again but expecting not to be charged any extra 20€ for earlier check-in if the room is ready.

Posizione ottima, molto vicino alle fermate della metropolitana e del tram e in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la cattedrale di Santo Stefano. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere spaziose, pulite e molto calde.

Service was nice and overall room was clean. I was just concerned as there was no luggage storage room and even when I collected my luggage, there was no tag or verification to ensure that it is really mine. Breakfast was alright and while there was a menu on freshly made eggs, I didn't know how to order - there were no waitresses or order forms in the dining area.

We are suprised to learn about your experience and kindly inform you, that the luggage is placed nearby the reception, where the team controls the delivery and the pick-up of the single suitcases. Regarding the breakfast: we always have a waitress on duty and cannot retrace why you couldn't order your dishes. The only possible explanation can be, that she was just in the kitchen to refill or bring something. Please do accept our sincere excuses, this really shouldn't happen. We will discuss this internally.

Great Vienanese hospitality and charm. Rreminds me of how hotels used to be- eoresentative of the area, personal and friendly. I even booked a room for my son and his wife during their multi-country European honeymoon as a wedding gift to them!
