Una pena que al final todo haya quedado ensombrecido por la mala experiencia final. Que desde el hotel no den ninguna compensación ni alternativa hace pensar que no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas como toca.
we read your review attentively and regret that due to maintenance works on the water supply to the Hotel, you were not satisfied with your stay.
Please be informed that we have no influence on these works! As soon as we have been informed we passed the information to our guests that there will be breaks on Monday. The actual duration of the work was scheduled at about 16 o'clock. In the afternoon we received the information that it would take longer and had to contact everyone again.
We do understand your anger and are sorry that this had a negative impact on your overall impression.
